Making A Fuel Boost Kit

We Are Just Getting Started Building A Hydrogen Boost Kit...
Report From The Field: We are currently evaluating the various plan downloads that are so readily available. What we discover about each will hopefully save everyone a lot of headaches.
Of course, just like everyone else, our motivaton is keeping more money in our wallets instead of overfeeding the big oil and gas companies (have you heard about the recent earnings for big oil in the news?). Currently, we are building a Fuel Boost Kit for installation in a 2001 Toyota Tundra SR-5 Access Cab 4x4. We will be filling in the details as we go, and hopefully get a bit of video and images in the process to share. Here are a few pictures of what we have so far. More will follow very soon. Just in case you navigated directly to this particular page and are wondering what is being talked about, the following video and content might help, but here are images of the current Hydrogen Boost Kit cell design we are pursuing:
Testing A New Coil Concept

We tested this coil design out just this past Sunday. Out of curiousity, we first tried straight tap water, which is Fort Worth City Water. No electrolyte added, and did we ever get a surprise when it turned the water purple. We tried again with the same coil, only this time using distilled water and one half teaspoon of baking soda for the electrolyte. The second try seemed to be much more in line with what we expected. However, that first test using city tap water was a bit unsettling.
More Pictures coming soon, but the following image is another cell we started working on. We spent $20.68 on the pieces shown below which were all purchased at the local Lowe's store over the weekend. This next cell will be much more robust than the first to be sure! Meanwhile, prior to install we have been keeping a fuel log on the Tundra and maintaining essentially the same driving envelope for several weeks now. The idea is to get some fairly decent pre-install fuel data so we know where we are starting from. Then we will do our integration and testing of the first cell. I was sad to learn I am currently averaging 14.5 mpg right now when I really thought I was getting better mileage than that. This week has been spent getting better acquainted with the engine compartment of my Tundra, planning the install, and studying vehicle documentation.
This month the inspection sticker expires on the Tundra, so we made it in to the local Kwik Kar Lube & Tune and had them run the vehicle through inspection, which includes emissions testing. Short of needing new window wiper blades, the vehicle passed inspection. So now we know when we do the install that the vehicle is already road worthy and in compliance with inspection standards before we start our integration effort. More to follow very soon! Hopefully it won't be long before we have the Blog in full swing as well so others can share their experience. Together we can make a difference!
However, even though it is possible to run a car on water, what most people are doing is building and installing Fuel Boost Kits on their vehicles. This is a much less costly option for the average consumer. These Fuel Boost Kits are intended to actually stretch the mileage you get from each tank of fuel while improving engine performance and reducing emissions. You still put gas or diesel in your automobile, but what these Fuel Boost Kits do is make your use of it more efficient, so you actually use less and go farther. The best part of this technology is that instead of expensive fuel additives being dumped into your tank at every visit to the gas station, you are using a "Hydrogen Generator" which uses water and your vehicle electrical system in a simple process called electrolysis.
"Hydrogen"...that sounds dangerous! Well, the reality is that it is much safer than you think. What most Fuel Boost Kits do is generate the Hydrogen "on demand" only when a vehicle is running. No storage issues with an "on demand" system. In its natural state, the Hydrogen is already compressed in water! What a perfectly safe storage solution...its in the water!
